I began Miniature Dreams Dachshunds because I want to share my love of this amazing breed with others. I am a small breeder of a limited number of litters focusing on temperament and conformation. My dogs are a part of my family and are spoiled as such. I will never be a breeder who rehomes her dogs after they no longer continue to have puppies.

Ramsey - my first and my love.
I fell in love with this breed when I got my little Ramsey, a long haired Black and Tan. He has always been an amazing companion and is the BEST snuggler! My parents had Dachshunds they traveled with and my mom was especially fond of the cream variety. She never got to own one before she passed away, but I remember her always talking about her love for them.
Ella
When I got Ella, my beautiful cream, it was my dad and I that drove to South Carolina to get her. It is my way of memorializing her love not only for the breed but specifically for this color. And she is simply stunning! Just like mom always said. Ella is the sweetest, least demanding dog. Always there for snuggles and to mother everyone she feels may be in distress. She has springs in her feet and is afraid of nothing! I could not have asked for a dog with a better temperament. Mom surely nailed it with her love of the creams, and I got an incredible one!!
There is nothing that makes a day better than to watch these tiny little characters play and give the ultimate in snuggles! While Dachshunds require a lot of patience with training, they are super smart! Almost as smart as they are stubborn, as any dachshund owner will warn you.
